The story is set in a place called Arno where it's always autumn. Two children discover a strange book in a witch's hut and after the book disappears strange things start happening: people disappear, snow falls for the first time in Arno... There is something evil in this town.
Can Kip win against the shadowy monster or will the shadows swallow the town forever?
It was a very interesting read with good messages about love, friendship, courage. The illustrations inside make the book feel more alive.
I would definitely recommend it to children and adults alike.
